In order to sign up for an account at the Pussy Virtual Community, you must agree to the terms below. By signing up, it is implied that you agree to the terms and will adhere to them. If you do not agree with these terms, do not sign up.

• This is an adult community. Members of the Pussy Virtual Community may upload photos, videos, and/or sound files of themselves and can communicate with other Community members. To become a member, you must be at least eighteen years of age.

• User-uploaded content is not pre-screened or moderated by the Pussy Virtual Community staff. Use ethical discretion when uploading to this site. Content depicting sexual acts involving children (or persons under eighteen), the deceased (also known as necrophilia), or animals is strongly prohibited. If it can be proven without a reasonable doubt that submitted content includes any of the above, such content will be removed and the appropriate authorities shall be notified. In addition, illegal material is prohibited. This material includes, but is not limited to: bomb-making instructions & funding or offering support to terrorists.

• By uploading any content to this Community, you hereby grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, anywhere in the world, and for any purpose.

• No files uploaded are pre-scanned for viruses, worms or Trojans. Assure to check your files before uploading them to our server.

• You may only upload content of yourself or others if you have such permissions from the other party. Do not upload photos of individuals to whom you do not have the rights to publish. As well, do not upload or engage in any activity that in any way infringes or misappropriates the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, moral rights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.

These terms can be modified at any time; in the case of a Terms of Service modification, all users will be notified via email with details of the amendment. If for any reason you wish to have your account removed, please contact us and your request will be processed as soon as possible.

Users agree to hold harmless the Pussy Virtual Community, its staff, and all entities associated from any and all loss, damages or costs, financial or otherwise, which might result from your participation in any service offered through this Community. Failure to adhere to the rules set forth within this document may result in your account being removed, with or without notification to you.
